Rue de “Hunger Games” se declaró bisexual

¿Recuerdan a la tierna Rue del Distrito 11 en la primera película de “Los Juegos del Hambre”? Bueno, pues la actriz ahora de 17 años, Amandla Stenberg, decidió salir del clóset por Tumblr.

Como una chica negra bisexual, se catalogó Amandla, en un video de Snapchat que además subió a su perfil de Tumblr, mencionando la discriminación que ha vivido por ser una persona de color y ahora una chica bisexual, haciendo un llamado a una juventud femenina color más fuerte y con mayor determinación.

¡Bien hecho Amandla! No más barreras contra la felicidad. Esta publicación por su parte también fue acorde con la participación que tuvo como carátula en la revista Teen Vogue que saldrá en febrero de este año, hablando desde la visión de la mujer joven feminista y su poder en la industria actualmente como una voz activisita.

And understand that no, there’s nothing wrong with me, these are just that these are just messages that we’re fed. I feel like the best way to deal with that has been just to be myself and connect with all these other black girls who are awakening and realizing that they’ve been trying to conform; and the only way to fight that is to be themselves on the most genuine level.
